Spanish Sighs from Cudillero (Cookies)
Description: Suspiro, or “sigh,” is the generic name for these kinds of cookies, which are as light as a sigh. Cudillero is a town in north-western Spain.

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough: - In a mixing bowl, add the butter and gradually incorporate the sugar, beating until the mixture turns creamy.
