Chicken Khada Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

4 Chicken breasts
300g Onions
15 Garlic cloves
10g Ginger
10 Green chilies
500g Tomatoes
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsp Garam masala powder
100g Ghee

8 Cumin seeds

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients listed above.

  2. Heat Ghee: In a non-stick frying pan, heat half of the ghee over medium heat.

  3. Saute Chicken: Add the chicken breasts to the pan and season with salt and turmeric powder. Saute until the chicken is nearly cooked through. Once done, remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.

  4. Cook Onions: In the same pan, add the remaining ghee. Add the onions and saute until they turn golden brown.

  5. Add Aromatics: To the onions, add the chopped garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Cook until the mixture becomes aromatic and the oil starts to separate.

  6. Prepare Masala: Add the khada masala (whole spices) to the pan and stir well.

  7. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken to the pan. Sprinkle with garam masala powder and mix until the chicken is evenly coated with the spices.
