Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces plain nonfat yogurt
  • 8 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney
  • 1-2 teaspoons curry powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper (optional, for a spicy kick)
  • 1 pound lump crabmeat, drained and picked over
  • Additional green onion for garnish

Instructions:
