Crispy Fried Chicken (Ayam Tepung)
Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken, cut into 14 pieces
- 500 grams all-purpose flour
- Royco seasoning, to taste
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 piece ginger (about 1-inch long)
- 1 piece turmeric (about 1-inch long)
- Salt, to taste
- Cooking oil, for frying
- 2 eggs, whites only

- Clean the chicken thoroughly and cut it into 14 pieces.
