Instructions:

  1. Prepare Vegetables:

    • Cut carrots into small cubes and beans into small pieces.
    • Boil the vegetables along with peas and drain the water when cooked.
  2. Prepare Spice Paste:

    • Grind ginger, garlic, and green chilies into a paste.
    • Fry this paste in a wok with a little oil until the raw smell dissipates.
  3. Cook Spices and Tomatoes:

    • Add chopped tomatoes and powdered garam masala to the paste.
    • Fry well until the tomatoes are tender.
  4. Combine Vegetables and Spices:

    • Add the cooked vegetables to the spice mixture and season with salt to taste.
