Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
  • 1 cup golden raisins
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
2 In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the sweetened condensed milk.
3 Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the mixture, stirring until well coated.
4 Spread the mix out on a shallow baking pan and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the mix is golden brown and has begun drying, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even baking.
5 Remove the pan from the oven and transfer the mix onto aluminum foil to cool.
6 Once cooled, break the mix up into pieces and store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
