Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 6 sheets phyllo dough
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Sauce:

    • In a bowl, combine chopped green onions, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic cloves, and dried tarragon. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Phyllo Sheets:

    • Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough and brush it lightly with melted butter.
  3. Assembly:

    • Place one chicken breast in a corner of the phyllo sheet.
    • Spoon the prepared sauce over the chicken.
    • Top with a slice of Swiss cheese.
  4. Roll and Seal:
