Be sure to use Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (or a brand you trust) for the best results. I’ve received numerous requests for this recipe, so I’m sharing it here for everyone to enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 1 3/4 cups milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups toffee bits
