  • 1 packet of seasoned flour mix (Saj*ku or similar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Begin by crumbling the tofu into a large mixing bowl using a spoon, ensuring it is broken down into small pieces.

  2. Crack the egg into the bowl with the crumbled tofu and mix well to combine.

  3. Add the seasoned flour mix and salt to the tofu mixture. If the mixture seems too thick, gradually add a small amount of water until it reaches a smooth, spoonable consistency.

  4. Stir in the bean sprouts until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
