Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Position the rack in the middle of the oven and preheat to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare Baking Sheet: Lightly spray a large baking sheet with nonstick spray.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Prepare Wet Ingredients: In a small saucepan, combine oil, honey, and sugar. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add Vanilla: Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
