Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions:

Step Description
1 Cut the biscuits into fourths.
2 Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture over the biscuits (use as little or as much as you like).
3 Melt the brown sugar, butter, and ice cream in the microwave.
4 Alternate layers of biscuits, pecans, and melted mixture in a small casserole dish sprayed with non-stick spray.
5 Bake for 25 minutes in a 350°F (175°C) oven.

Directions:

  1. Preparation: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spraying a small casserole dish with non-stick spray. This will ensure that your sticky buns don’t stick to the dish while baking.

  2. Prepare the Biscuits: Take the refrigerated biscuit dough and cut it into fourths. This will create bite-sized pieces that are perfect for creating delicious sticky buns.

  3. Add the Cinnamon Sugar Mixture: Sprinkle a cinnamon sugar mixture over the biscuit pieces. You can adjust the amount based on your preference, adding as little or as much as you like to suit your taste.

  4. Prepare the Sticky Mixture: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the brown sugar, butter, and vanilla ice cream. Heat this mixture in the microwave until everything is melted and well combined. This sticky mixture will add sweetness and flavor to your sticky buns.

  5. Layer the Ingredients: In the prepared casserole dish, create alternating layers of the biscuit pieces, pecans, and the melted sticky mixture. This layering technique will ensure that each bite is packed with deliciousness and gooey goodness.

  6. Bake: Once your layers are assembled, place the casserole dish in the preheated oven. Bake the sticky buns for 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and bubbling with caramelized goodness.

  7. Serve: Once baked, remove the sticky buns from the oven and allow them to cool slightly before serving. These sticky buns are best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven, but they can also be enjoyed at room temperature.

  8. Enjoy: Serve these decadent sticky buns for breakfast, brunch, or dessert, and watch as they disappear in no time! The combination of warm, gooey caramel, tender biscuit dough, and crunchy pecans is simply irresistible.

  9. Storage: If you happen to have any leftovers (which is unlikely!), you can store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. Simply reheat them in the microwave for a few seconds to enjoy them warm and gooey once again.

  10. Share: Don’t forget to share this recipe with family and friends, as everyone deserves to experience the joy of these delicious sticky buns. Whether you’re hosting a brunch gathering or simply treating yourself to a special breakfast, these sticky buns are sure to impress! 🍴🥮
