Ingredients:
- For the White Sauce:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup margarine
- 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 lb scallops
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 lb lump crabmeat
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp Grand Marnier
- 1 recipe of white sauce (see instructions below)
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 6 slices Swiss cheese

Prepare the White Sauce:
- In a saucepan or skillet, melt butter over low heat.
- Add flour and cook, stirring constantly, for 3-5 minutes until the mixture is smooth and bubbly.
- Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth, about 20 minutes.
- Stir in Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.

Prepare the Casserole:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add mushrooms, shallots, and green onions. Sauté lightly until tender.
