- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 2 cups vegetable broth
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 cup nonfat yogurt, for garnish
- 2 tablespoons cashews, chopped, for garnish
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped, for garnish
