Ground coriander 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds (jintan manis) A pinch
Black cumin (jintan hitam) A pinch
Ground asam sunti (dried starfruit) 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Preparation of the Fish:
    Begin by thoroughly cleaning the skipjack tuna. Ensure that you remove the white and black membranes from the skin of the fish by scraping gently with a knife or dish scrubber until the skin is clean. This crucial step helps to reduce the fishy odor significantly, leaving you with a fresher-tasting dish.

  2. Marinating the Fish:
