Yummiest Grilled Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries (craisins)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Chicken:

    • Place the chicken breasts in a glass dish.
    • In a bowl, whisk together 1 tablespoon soy sauce, red pepper flakes, Dijon mustard, dry white wine, and minced garlic.
