Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon honey

- 200 grams dori fillet (or any white fish of your choice)
For the Sambal Matah:
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 large tomato, chopped
- 15 small chili peppers (cabe rawit), finely sliced (adjust to taste)
- 2 cloves red onions, thinly sliced
- Salt, to taste

- In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, black pepper, mushroom seasoning, sweet soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, and lemon juice.
- Place the dori fillet in the bowl and coat it thoroughly with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to infuse.

- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once hot, pour the oil over the sliced red onions, chopped tomato, and sliced chili peppers in a heatproof bowl.
- Stir in salt to taste and let the sambal matah sit while you prepare the fish.
