Category: Main Dishes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

Ingredient Quantity
Flatbreads (Piadine) 2
Cooked Ham (Prosciutto cotto) 150g
Scamorza (Smoked Mozzarella) 230g
Mustard (Senape) To taste

Instructions:

To create this delightful Piadina with Prosciutto and Scamorza, begin by slicing the scamorza (smoked mozzarella) into 1/2 cm thick slices. Heat a flatbread (piadina) in a pan for about 30 seconds on one side, then flip it over. Place half of the scamorza slices on one side of the piadina. Cover with a lid to help the cheese melt smoothly.

Once the cheese has melted, transfer the piadina onto a cutting board. On top of the melted cheese, layer half of the cooked ham slices and add a touch of mustard to your liking for a flavorful kick. Repeat this process for the second piadina. Serve immediately for a warm, delicious meal.

Enjoy your Piadina with Prosciutto and Scamorza – a simple, savory treat perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.
