Instructions:

  1. Prep the Vegetables
    Begin by washing the zucchini, carrots, and green beans under fresh running water. After cleaning, cut the carrots and zucchini into strips of approximately 5mm in thickness. Trim the ends of the green beans to prepare them for sautéing.

  2. Sauté the Vegetables
    Heat 20g of extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Add the carrots and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften. Then, add the zucchini and green beans to the pan. Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt to taste.

  3. Prepare the French Fries
    Peel and cut the potatoes into thin, even sticks. Heat 400g of peanut oil in a large pot or deep fryer. Use a cooking thermometer to monitor the temperature, ensuring it reaches around 180°C (350°F). Carefully add the potato sticks to the hot oil. Fry them until golden and crispy, turning occasionally for even cooking. Once done, use a slotted spoon to remove the fries from the oil and drain them on paper towels.

  4. Grill the Sausages
    While the fries are cooking, grill the pork sausages on medium heat. Turn them regularly for about 10 minutes, or until they are browned on all sides and fully cooked through.
