Savory Tofu Pepes with Pete

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of tofu, cubed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 2 shallots, finely minced
  • A pinch of coriander
  • Seasoning powder (such as Masako)
  • Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • Pete (stink beans), optional
  • Banana leaves or parchment paper for wrapping (if desired)

Instructions:
