Marinated Tofu and Vegetable Skewers

Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Marinade for the Tofu
- Start by cutting the tofu into cubes, approximately 2 cm in size.
- Place the tofu cubes in a shallow dish or baking tray.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, and Tabasco® (if using). Stir to combine.
