Ingredients:
- 1 Morningstar Farms grillers
- 4 red onions
- 1 cucumber
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 oz white wine vinegar
- 1 oz extra virgin olive oil

- 2 flatbreads

Instructions:

- Peel, seed, and dice the cucumber.
- Place it into a mixing bowl.

- Add curry powder, 1 ounce of olive oil, half of the minced garlic, and salt and pepper to taste to the cucumber.
