  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/4 cup Split Methi Seeds (Methi Kuria)
  • 1/2 cup Split Mustard Seeds (Rai Kuria)
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
  • Salt, to taste
