Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli, chopped
- 2 potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
- 1 tablespoon oil

Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Instructions:
- Start by cutting the broccoli into small pieces. Wash and dry them, then set aside.
- Peel and chop the potatoes as desired, and soak them in water to prevent browning.
- Steam the broccoli until it’s tender and set it aside.
- In a wok, heat oil and add the nigella seeds. Let them cook for about 10 seconds.
- Add the chopped potatoes along with salt and turmeric powder. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes are done, add the steamed broccoli and cook for another minute.
- Turn off the heat and serve hot.
