Boiled Egg White Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 Whole Eggs (boiled)
  • 3 Slices Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 1/2 Onion (julienned)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 Slice Cheese (cut into pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (Salted)
  • Salt (as required)

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Start by de-shelling the boiled eggs and removing the yolks. Cut the egg whites into small cubes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed egg whites, julienned onions, cheese, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix everything well to combine.
  3. To assemble the sandwich, spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Take a slice of bread, spread the egg white and onion mixture on it, then top with another slice of bread.
  5. Repeat the process by spreading more egg white and onion mixture, then close the sandwich with the third slice of bread.
  6. Grill the sandwich in a grill pan until the bread turns golden brown.
  7. Once done, cut the sandwich into triangles and serve hot.

This Boiled Egg White Sandwich can be served with Masala Chai or juice, making it an ideal treat for guests or during kitty parties.
