- 3-4 tablespoons Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
- 1 cup Sweet Corn, boiled
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Parsley Leaves, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
- Salt, to taste

- Toast the whole wheat bread slices using a bread toaster or on a skillet on the stove top until golden and crispy.
- For serving, cut each toasted bread slice diagonally and generously spread the prepared filling on top of each slice.
- Arrange the sandwiches on a serving platter and enjoy as a light snack.
