Ingredients:

  • 6 slices Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 3-4 tablespoons Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 cup Sweet Corn, boiled
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper (Capsicum), finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Parsley Leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Flakes
  • Salt, to taste

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Instructions:

  1. Begin by boiling the sweet corn kernels in enough water. Once boiled, drain and set them aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the boiled sweet corn, chopped red bell pepper, Greek yogurt, parsley, red chilli flakes, and salt. Mix well to evenly distribute all the ingredients.
  3. Toast the whole wheat bread slices using a bread toaster or on a skillet on the stove top until golden and crispy.
  4. For serving, cut each toasted bread slice diagonally and generously spread the prepared filling on top of each slice.
  5. Arrange the sandwiches on a serving platter and enjoy as a light snack.
