How to Make Fada Ni Khichdi:

  1. Soak the Moong Dal: Begin by soaking the yellow moong dal in warm water for about 15 minutes. This helps soften the dal and reduces cooking time. Once soaked, drain the water and set aside.

    In a small pressure cooker, heat half of the ghee. Add whole spices such as cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, and curry leaves.
