Ingredients:

Celery 1 stalk
Yellow Onion 1 small
Low-fat Cottage Cheese 1/2 cup
Low-fat Mayonnaise 1/4 cup
Tuna in Water 1 can
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp
Noodles 6 oz
Salt To taste
Pepper To taste
Bread Crumbs As needed
