- 30 Red Grapes (for whole mixture)

- 20 Red Grapes (pureed)

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and let it heat for 10 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients—whole wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. If you’re using brown bread flour, make sure to add the wheat flakes back into the mixture after sifting.
- Puree 20 red grapes and add the puree to the dry ingredients. Mix well using a hand whisk or spatula to combine.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients one by one: vanilla extract, vinegar, curd, and the whole egg. Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in the melted butter and the chopped grapes at the end. Optionally, you can add nuts such as almonds or walnuts for added flavor and texture.
- Line your muffin tray with cupcake liners and fill them halfway with the muffin batter, allowing space for the muffins to rise.
- Lower the oven temperature to 180°C (356°F) and bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Serve the Grapes Muffins with a Mixed Sprouts Sandwich and a cup of Masala Chai for a perfect tea-time treat!
