Vegetable Beef Barley Soup 🥣

Description:
A wonderful flavor. A nice change from Vegetable Beef Soup. Enough for two meals. Serve with homemade bread and salad and you can’t go wrong.
Ingredients:

| 1/4 | Fresh thyme | 
| 1 1/2 | Dried thyme leaves | 
| 1/2 | Pepper | 
| 2 | Beef | 
| 2 | Green pepper | 
| 1 | Beef broth | 
| 1 | Tomatoes with garlic | 
| 1 | Tomato paste |

Recipe Instructions:
- 
Place beef cubes at the bottom of the crockpot. 
- 
In a medium bowl, mix all other ingredients thoroughly.

Pour the mixture over the meat in the crockpot.
