Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Green Beans: Start by boiling the frozen green beans in water, stirring occasionally until the beans break down and become tender.

  2. Sauté the Spices: In a separate pan, heat a little oil and sauté the finely chopped garlic, shallots, ground pepper, and green onions until fragrant.
