Beef Soup Recipe: A Savory Delight

Ingredients:

  • Beef: 500 grams, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Potatoes: 2 medium, peeled and cubed
  • Carrots: 2 medium, peeled and sliced
  • Cabbage: 1 cup, chopped
  • Green Chilies: 2-3 whole (adjust based on spice preference)
  • Green Onions: 2 stalks, chopped
  • Celery: 2 stalks, chopped
  • Fried Shallots: 1/4 cup (for garnish)
  • Salt: to taste
  • Seasoning Powder: to taste
  • Ground Spices:
    • Black Pepper: 1 teaspoon
    • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Beef:

    • Begin by boiling water in a large pot. Once the water is boiling, add the beef pieces. Cook until the beef is thoroughly cooked and tender, which may take around 1 to 1.5 hours. The beef should be soft and easily shredded.
