Ingredients:
- 250 grams beef, cleaned and diced
- 1 potato, peeled and diced
- 1 carrot, cut into desired shapes
- Spice Paste:
- 1 piece of galangal (about 2 inches)
- 1 piece of ginger (about 2 inches)
- 1 red chili pepper
- 5 shallots
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1200 ml water
- 1 cube Golden Curry seasoning
- 1 small packet of Kara coconut milk
- 1 stalk lemongrass, bruised
- 3 bay leaves
- Sugar and salt to taste
