Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef ribs, cut into desired pieces
- 1/2 kg potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 kg carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 kg cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- Green onions, to taste
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 nutmeg, ground
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 cloves
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Mace (optional)
- Instant stock cube (to taste)
- Water, as needed
- 1 cup red beans, soaked and boiled until tender
