Pizza Beef Sausage

- 2 beef sausages
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 potato, diced into small cubes
- 6 tablespoons Bolognese sauce
- 50 grams grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 75 ml water
- Butter, for greasing
- Cooking oil

Preheat the Pan:
Heat a splash of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until they become fragrant and turn golden brown. -
Cook the Vegetables and Sausage:
Add the diced potato and beef sausages to the pan. Season with salt and sugar, then pour in the water. Cook until the potato is tender and fully cooked. -
Add the Sauce:
Stir in the Bolognese sauce. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Mix well and set the mixture aside. -
Prepare the Pizza Base:
Lightly grease a baking sheet with butter. Place the pizza bases onto the sheet. Spread the prepared topping mixture evenly over each pizza base. Sprinkle grated cheese generously on top. -
