Simple Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 stalk broccoli
- 1 carrot
- 1 stalk green onion
- 4 small pieces of chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Ground nutmeg and black pepper to taste
- Optional: mushroom or chicken bouillon powder

Begin by thoroughly washing the chicken pieces. Cut the carrot into slices, chop the broccoli into florets, and slice the green onion.

In a pot, add the chicken and carrot with enough water to cover them (approximately 750 ml). Bring to a boil. As the water heats, a foam will form on the surface. Skim off this foam to ensure a clearer broth.

Once the foam has been removed, add the minced garlic, salt, ground nutmeg, and black pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.

Next, add the chopped broccoli and green onion. Continue to cook for a few minutes until the broccoli is tender but still vibrant.

If desired, enhance the flavor with a pinch of mushroom or chicken bouillon powder. Taste the soup and adjust the seasoning as needed.
