Ingredients:
- 500 grams beef, cut into cubes
- 2 medium-sized radishes, sliced into half-moons

- 1/4 nutmeg

- Cut the beef into bite-sized cubes.
- Slice the radishes into half-moons.

- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add the garlic, lemongrass, bay leaves, kaffir lime leaves, ginger, nutmeg, and cloves.
- Cover the pot and let it boil to infuse the flavors.

- Cook until the beef is tender, which should take about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the beef cubes.
