Ingredients
- 500 grams beef bones (tulangan sapi)
- 4 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 250 grams cabbage, roughly chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 4 stalks green onions, chopped
- Potatoes (optional, according to preference)
- Green beans (optional, according to preference)
For the Spice Paste:
- 7 shallots
- 7 cloves garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Additional Ingredients:
- 3 liters water
- Fried onions, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
- Spicy soy sauce (sambel kecap) made from chopped chilies, garlic, soy sauce, and salt
