- 250 grams beef meatballs (Bakso Sapi)
- 1 medium potato (approximately 100 grams), peeled and diced
- 1 medium carrot (approximately 70 grams), sliced
- 200 grams cabbage, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
- Fried shallots (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Water (enough to cover the ingredients)
- Seasoning:
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet chicken bouillon (Royco Ayam)
