Beef Soup (Sop Daging Sapi)
Ingredients:
- 250 g beef ribs (tetelan sapi)
- 150 g beef (daging sapi)
- 3 cloves of cloves (cengkeh)
- 1/3 teaspoon ground nutmeg (pala bubuk)
- 1 stalk green onion, chopped (daun bawang)
- 1 stalk celery, chopped (seledri)
- 1 tomato, chopped (tomat)
- 2 carrots, chopped (wortel)
- Beef bouillon powder, to taste (kaldu bubuk)
- Sugar, to taste (gula)
- Salt, to taste (garam)
- Fried shallots, for garnish (bawang goreng)
- 1 liter water (air)
For the Spice Paste (Bumbu Halus):
- 4 shallots (bawang merah)
- 2 garlic cloves (bawang putih)
- 1/2 teaspoon whole peppercorns (lada butiran)

Prepare the Meat:
- Begin by preparing a pressure cooker. Place the beef ribs and additional beef into the pressure cooker and cook under high pressure for 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove the meat and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

- Bring the remaining beef broth from the pressure cooker to a boil. Add the chopped carrots and then the beef pieces back into the pot.
