Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Vegetables

Start by cleaning and chopping the vegetables. Cut the Neapolitan pumpkin (about 500g of pulp) into small chunks. Peel the potatoes and dice them into cubes. Slice the cavolo nero into thin strips. Halve the cherry tomatoes and trim the green beans, cutting them into two or three parts. Finally, peel and finely slice the red onion.

Step 2: Cook the Soup Base
