Soup Makaroni with Beef Meatballs
Ingredients:

- 100 grams macaroni, soaked in cold water
- 5 beef meatballs, cut in half
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 1 potato, diced
- 1 sweet corn, kernels removed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced
- Celery and green onions, sliced
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
- Flavor enhancer (such as MSG, optional)
- Water
Instructions:

Begin by boiling water in a pot, preparing it for the soup base.

Once the water has reached a rolling boil, add the minced garlic. Shortly after, incorporate the beef meatballs, salt, ground black pepper, and a flavor enhancer if using.

Add the diced carrots to the pot and let them cook for about 5 minutes. Then, introduce the diced potato.

When the vegetables are halfway cooked, add the corn kernels and macaroni. Allow the soup to continue cooking until the pasta and vegetables are tender and fully cooked.

Once everything is cooked through, stir in the sliced celery and green onions.

Taste the soup and adjust seasoning as needed. Once the flavors are well-balanced, remove the pot from the heat.
