Beef Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 500 grams of beef, pressure cooked until tender
- 2 shallots
- 2 fried shallots
- 3 cloves of garlic
- A pinch of pepper
- 1 cardamom pod
- 2 cloves
- A pinch of nutmeg
- 2 stalks of celery, including the leaves
- 2 stalks of spring onion
- Additional vegetables: carrots, potatoes, broccoli, green beans
- Salt
- Beef-flavored bouillon (Royco or similar)
- Optional: bird’s eye chilies for a spicy kick

Prepare the Spices:
- Finely grind the shallots, garlic, cardamom, cloves, pepper, and nutmeg until you get a smooth spice paste.
