Sop Daun Katuk Tahu Goreng

Ingredients

Daun katuk 2 bunches
Tahu putih (cut into small pieces) 3 blocks
Bawang putih (sliced) 3 cloves
Bawang merah (sliced) 3 cloves
Air (water) 200 ml
Garam (salt) to taste
Penyedap rasa (seasoning) to taste
Minyak goreng (for frying) as needed

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Begin by washing the daun katuk and tahu putih thoroughly to remove any impurities. Cut the tahu into small cubes for even cooking.

  2. Frying the Tofu: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, gently add the tofu cubes and fry until they turn golden brown. Once cooked, remove the tofu from the oil and let it drain on paper towels.

  3. Cooking the Soup: In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil. Add the daun katuk, sliced bawang putih, and bawang merah to the boiling water. Lower the heat slightly and season with salt and penyedap rasa. Let the mixture simmer until the greens are tender, about 3-5 minutes.
