Ingredients

Amount Ingredient
1/2 cup Unsalted butter
2/3 cup Sugar
1 Egg yolk
2 tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Chopped hazelnuts
1 lb Caramels
2 tbsp Heavy cream
3 oz Bittersweet chocolate

Instructions

Cookies:
  1. Cream the Butter and Sugar:

    • In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add Wet Ingredients:

    • Add the egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture. Mix until well combined.
  3. Sift and Mix Dry Ingredients:

    • Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix on low speed until a dough forms.
