Creamy Herb Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg chicken fillet
  • 100 ml low-fat milk
  • Olive oil, for grilling
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Lightly brush the fillets with olive oil and grill them until cooked through and slightly charred. Set aside.

  2. In a skillet, heat a small amount of olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant and golden.

  3. Stir in the dried thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Continue to cook for another minute to release the flavors.

  4. Pour in the low-fat milk, stirring constantly. Allow the mixture to come to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.

  5. Once the milk mixture is simmering, add the grilled chicken fillets back into the skillet. Cook for a few more minutes until the chicken is heated through and coated with the creamy herb sauce.

  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the chicken and stir gently to combine, letting the cheese melt into the sauce.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
