Stir-Fried Chicken with Hoisin Sauce and Long Beans

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless chicken breast or thigh, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, rice wine, tapioca
  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch long beans, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 cm ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon monosodium glutamate (MSG)
  • 100 ml water
  • Tapioca Solution

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, rice wine, and tapioca for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, add the chicken, stir until cooked, then remove from the pan.
  3. Stir-fry the ginger for 10 seconds, add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  4. Add the long beans, stir briefly, then add water, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, MSG. Cover the pan, reduce heat.
  5. Wait for 1-2 minutes, uncover the pan, stir briefly, then cover again for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add the cooked chicken, mix well.
  7. Add the tapioca solution to thicken the sauce. Stir well and serve hot.
