  2. Stir Fry the Mushrooms and Tofu
    Heat a flat skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add a bit of oil. Once the oil is hot, add the finely chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté for a few seconds until they release their aromatic fragrance.
    Next, add the quartered button mushrooms to the pan. Stir fry them for a few minutes until they soften and begin to brown. This enhances the mushrooms’ flavor and creates a deliciously earthy base for the dish.

  3. Add Tofu and Cook
