Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg chicken fillet
- 2 small carrots
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml milk (plain variety recommended)
- Royco seasoning (to taste)
- 1/2 pack of cheese (grated or shredded)
Instructions:

Prepare the Chicken Mixture:
- Place the chicken fillet into a blender and blend until smooth.

Prepare Vegetables and Cheese:
- Finely chop the garlic and onion. Grate the carrots and cheese.

Combine Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the blended chicken, grated carrots, cheese, chopped garlic, onion, milk, eggs, and Royco seasoning. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Steam the Mixture:
- Preheat your steamer. Grease a baking dish with butter or oil. Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.

- Steam the mixture for approximately 25 minutes or until fully cooked and firm.

- Allow the steamed mixture to cool completely. Once cooled, cut into nugget-sized pieces.

- Store the nuggets in the freezer. When ready to eat, simply fry them until golden and crispy.
