- Clean water for washing (air bersih utk mencuci)

Drain the Fat: Once cleaned, drain the chicken fat to allow excess water to evaporate. This helps in achieving a cleaner oil.

Cook the Fat: Place the drained chicken fat into a frying pan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the fat begins to melt and release its oil.

Extract the Oil: Continue cooking until the fat pieces start to crisp up and the oil is visibly separated. Remove the rendered fat pieces from the pan, leaving behind the liquid oil.

Collect the Oil: Allow the oil to cool slightly, then strain it into a clean container, discarding any remaining solids.
