Delicious Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken (yielding approximately 7 ounces of meat after removing bones and skin)
- 2 large carrots, grated using a cheese grater
- 1 stalk green onion
- 1 stalk celery
- 4 whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons tapioca flour or sago flour
- Sugar, salt, and flavor enhancer (to taste)
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour mixed with water (for coating)
- Breadcrumbs (as needed)
